Who runs it

Scope is stated by the record itself, not by this page. Seats marked with a status other than “Not read yet” were read from that agency’s own website by a person, and each row carries the page it came from. The rest are offices we have listed and nobody here has read, or offices whose own agency publishes no holder at all. All three name nobody and all three are counted separately, because “the seat is empty”, “we have not looked” and “they will not say” are three different facts and only the first is about the office.
