Report an error
If something here is wrong — about a bill, an official, a district, or about you — tell us. Every correction is appended to a public ledger rather than quietly edited, and a correction can never be deleted from it. A later one may supersede an earlier one; the earlier one stays forever.
Reporting something a person posted — spam, harassment, a safety concern — is a different room: Report content.
If we get something wrong about you
You may always reply, and we answer within 5 days.

assert_reply_not_refused() raises on every one of them. It is not a policy somebody could quietly stop following; it is a function call that fails.

The ledger
Nothing has been reported and fixed yet. That is the true reading and it is unremarkable. The false one — that we have never been wrong — is what a blank table says by omission, so it is ruled out here in words.
The intake went live on 2026-08-29. Before that the form sent nothing and said so; a zero from the sent-nothing era proved nothing, and this one starts meaning something now.
Every entry stays forever. A later correction may supersede an earlier one; the earlier one is never removed. delete() exists only to fail loudly, so no code path can quietly erase the record of having been wrong.
Issue type
No account is required — nobody should have to sign up to tell us we are wrong. The email is optional and is used for follow-up only, under the donor-grade rule: never given out.
