The Courthouse
Where a dispute on Outpost is heard. Every ruling is published with its reasons, every dissent is published in full, and an appeal draws a panel that has never seen the case.
The docket is empty
No case has been heard. That is a fact about this room today, not a claim that nothing has ever gone wrong — and this page will not show an example case dressed up as a real one. When the first case is heard it appears here, with its ruling, its dissent and its dates.
What cannot happen here
Stewards cannot delete the record. Not a case, not a ruling, not a dissent — the log is append-only, and a withdrawn case stays on it marked withdrawn.
No ruling is ever unpublished. A correction is a new entry that cites the one it corrects.
No reviewer hears a case involving their own group, and the check is recorded, not assumed.
Paid tiers buy expression and never civic capability. Nothing about a case changes because somebody paid for anything.
This room is about disputes on Outpost. For the standards this project holds itself to — sourced claims, labelled advocacy, published corrections, no political money — read the Trust Centre. They are different rooms because they answer different questions.
