How many people live there, what a household typically earns, how many who want work cannot find it, and how many homes have broadband — as the Census Bureau measured it, with the margin it publishes beside each figure.

What this cannot show

A single year. These are five-year pooled survey estimates, 2020–2024, published in 2026.

Why? 3 more
  • Anything smaller than a county, or any one person or household.
  • A grade of a place. Four counts about it are not a ranking of it, and these pages never sort by a number.
  • Unemployment this month. The survey figure is pooled over five years; the Bureau of Labor Statistics publishes the monthly county rate, which this project cannot read yet without a key.

Two figures are worked out here from two published counts, and the working is shown: unemployment is B23025_005 Unemployed ÷ B23025_003 Civilian labor force; broadband is B28002_004 Broadband of any type ÷ B28002_001 All households.
